现在的教育实在是太功利了，教育的本质是什么？教育的本质是因为我热爱某件事。我可以为这件事去学习，而不是去捞一个慕尼黑工大的临床医学博士文凭。你根本没有这个天分，又不努力，只会天天闹着去慕尼黑工大。慕尼黑工大是天上掉下来的吗？现在中国的教育正在把一个个正常的人都变成了疯子。这辈子你不是为了一个慕尼黑工大而活在这个世界上的，你来到这个世界一定有你的使命。到国外顶尖院校的中国学生，很少有人可以拿到大结果。背后的原因是：比如美国顶尖系科的研究生院，会有非常好的美国学生前来申请（包括本科在诺奖得主实验室做过研究的），因此美国教授不仅不积极招收中国学生，而且招收以后也不认为是其研究的主力。美国教授只关照表现突出的美国学生，在实验科学各学科美国教授常视中国学生为打工仔，不热心与他们讨论科学问题，只认为他们为劳力产出。不仅如此，这些顶尖系科的美国研究生在各方面可能表现非常突出，特别容易令初到美国的中国学生失去信心甚至自惭形秽，从而改变人生道路。优秀的人才绝对是有认知和判断力的，你的认知和判断力就是你未来的核心竞争力。The current education is overly utilitarian. What is the essence of education?The essence of education lies in the passion for something.One learns out of passion, instead of just for an MD degree from Technical University of Munich.You are neither talented nor hardworking, all you do is just making a fuss everyday about studying in Technical University of Munich.But the chance to study there is not a stroke of luck.Nowadays, the education in China is turning normal people into lunatics.You were not born to live just for studying in Technical University of Munich. You came into this world with your own mission.Few Chinese students studying at top overseas universities can achieve remarkable accomplishments.The reason for this is that, for example, the graduate schools of top departments in the U.S. will receive applications from exceptional students, including undergraduates who have conducted research in the labs of Nobel Prize winners.Consequently, U.S. professors not only do not actively recruit Chinese students, but also do not consider them as the mainstay of their research even after admitting them. They only favor outstanding local students.In experimental science, U.S. professors often treat Chinese students as low-cost labors, rather than warmly engaging them with scientific issues.Furthermore, these local graduates from top departments may excel in every aspect, which could easily cause Chinese students new to the U.S. to lose confidence, or even feel inferior, ultimately leading them to alter their life paths.Excellent talents definitely possess cognition and judgement, which will be core competencies in the future.
