医生应常怀感恩之心

我告诉许多三甲医院的院长：一家有品质的医院，一定更需要懂得感恩之心的医生，这点无比重要，比他的学历，比他的技术，比他的英文更加重要。一个人懂得对一段关系感恩，这段关系会变得更好，一个人懂得对工作感恩，他会在工作中得到更好的机会，一个人懂得对曾经帮助过他的贵人感恩，会有更多的贵人出现在他生命中，对那种过河拆桥，自以为是，根本不懂得感恩之心的医生，医院不要给他任何机会。因为感恩之心是一个人在这个社会行走最根本的品质，一个人连最基本的品质都不具备，他当然不可成为一个好的医生。

I told many presidents of top level hospitals that a great hospital must have grateful doctors, which is extremely important, more important than their level of education, technique and English skills. A person who is grateful for a relationship will make the relationship better. A person who is grateful for their work will get better opportunities in their work. A person who is grateful for people who have helped him will be given help again. The hospital should not give any opportunities to doctors who kick down the ladder and are arrogant and self-righteous.  Because gratitude is the most fundamental quality for someone to live, one can not make themselves a good doctor without this.
