2024年9月23日,慕尼黑大学附属医院肌肉骨骼中心肩膝外科主任Peter Müller教授抵达广东省中医院,与广东省中医院运动医学(关节运动损伤)科杨伟毅主任团队开启为期一周的国际运动医学大师2024中国行交流活动。广东省中医院骨伤科专科医院副院长陈海云教授、运动医学科主任杨伟毅教授、运动医学科护士长陈红云、潘建科主任等运动医学科骨干在院内为Müller教授隆重举行欢迎仪式,双方正式启动了“中德运动医学交流中心”。Müller教授领导的慕尼黑大学附属医院肌肉骨骼中心肩膝外科作为德国大学医院最早设立运动医学专科中心,拥有非常标准化以及精准化的肩膝关节运动伤诊疗流程和经验。广东省中医院运动医学(关节运动损伤)科杨伟毅主任团队在保膝预防、诊断、治疗和康复方面,科室已取得了诸多成功经验,其肩膝外科诊疗与康复水平领先于华南地区水平。在欢迎仪式上,广东省中医院骨伤科专科医院副院长陈海云教授表示此次交流为广东省中医院运动医学科的学科发展与肩膝外科诊疗护理等方面注入了新活力。杨伟毅主任则指出,广东省中医院保膝中心近年来积极推进保膝技术的升级,如胫骨高位截骨术、股骨远端截骨术、单髁置换等手术技术,在华南地区已经取得了显著成效。此次交流的核心议题是通过广东省中医院运动医学(关节运动损伤)科与慕尼黑大学附属医院肌肉骨骼中心肩膝外科双方的共同努力,进一步推动保膝理念、肩关节外科的精准手术开展与微创手术技术的发展,确保为华南乃至全国的肩膝关节病患者提供顶尖且又精准快速的治疗与康复。在为期一周的学术交流中,Müller教授与广东省中医院运动医学(关节运动损伤)科杨伟毅主任团队重点围绕疑难病例讨论、手术方案讨论与规划、术前的手术要点讨论、肩膝关节主题讲课、肩膝关节术后康复等主题进行了深入全面的肩膝关节外科诊疗康复理念与临床实操的交流讨论。此次中德运动医学学术交流不仅为广东省中医院运动医学科带来了全新的技术理念,也为双方未来的临床与科研合作奠定了坚实的基础。本次中德运动医学学术交流有望继续帮助广东省中医院运动医学(关节运动损伤)科在保膝技术及肩关节运动损伤修复领域继续精进,推动华南地区运动医学事业的发展,同时,通过与国际知名专家的合作,进一步提升广东省中医院运动医学(关节运动损伤)科在国际舞台上的学术影响力。

On September 23rd, 2024, Prof. Peter Müller, Head of the Knee and Shoulder Surgery, Musculoskeletal University Center Munich (MUM), LMU Klinikum, started a one-week academic exchange with the team of Prof. YANG Weiyi, Director of Sports Medicine (Joint Sports Injury) of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine (CM) for the International Sports Medicine Master China Tour 2024 in this Chinese hospital.Prof. CHEN Haiyun, Vice President of Orthopaedic and Traumatology Specialized Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of CM, Prof. YANG Weiyi, Director of the Department of Sports Medicine, Prof. CHEN Hongyun, Head Nurse of the Department, and Pan Jianke, Associate Director of the Department, and other backbone members, held a welcoming ceremony for Prof. Müller and launched the Sino-German Communication Centre for Sports Medicine.The Knee and Shoulder Surgery, MUM, of the LMU Klinikum under the leadership of Prof. Müller, as the earliest sports medicine specialised centre established in German university hospitals, has highly standardised and precise diagnostic and treatment protocols for shoulder and knee sports injuries. Also, Director YANG Weiyi and his team of Sports Medicine (Joint Sports Injury) Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of CM have gained a lot of successful experience in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of shoulder and knee injuries, and their medical treatment and rehabilitation level of shoulder and knee surgery is ahead of the level of South China.During the welcoming ceremony, Vice President of the Specialized Hospital, Prof. CHEN Haiyun, stated that this exchange has brought new vitality to specialty development of Sports Medicine in the hospital, as well as to the diagnosis and treatment care of shoulder and knee surgeries.  Director YANG Weiyi pointed out that the Knee Preservation Unit in the hospital has been devoting to advancing the knee preservation treatments in recent years,such as HTO, DFO, UKA and other surgical techniques, which have already achieved remarkable outcomes in South China.The main theme of this exchange is to further develop knee-preserving concepts, precision shoulder surgeries and minimally invasive surgical techniques,  by joint efforts of the Department of Sports Medicine (Joint Sports Injury) of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of CM and the Knee and Shoulder Surgery Center, MUM, LMU Klinikum,so as to ensure top-notch, precise and rapid treatment and rehab of patients with shoulder and knee disorders across South China and even the whole country.During the academic exchanges, Prof. Müller and Director YANG WeiYi’s team engaged mainly in difficult case discussions, surgical plan discussion and planning, pre-op surgical issues, lectures on shoulder and knee joints, and post-op rehab and care of shoulder and knee joints, and so on.They shared and discussed in-depth and comprehensive ideas and clinical practice of shoulder and knee joint surgery and rehab practices.The Sino-German academic exchanges in sports medicine not only bringing new diagnosis and treatment concepts to the Department of Sports Medicine of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of CM, but also setting a solid foundation for future clinical and scientific research co-operation between the two sides.This academic exchange in Sports Medicine is likely to further strengthen the specialty development of Sports Medicine for the Chinese side in the field of knee preservation techniques and repair of shoulder joint injuries, and promote the advancement of Sports Medicine in South China region.Meanwhile, the cooperation with internationally renowned expert will further increase the academic influence of the Department of Sports Medicine (Joint Sports Injury) of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of CM in the international arena.
