2026年10月23日，德国哥廷根大学医疗中心神经外科主任、德国神经外科学会前任主席Rohde教授受邀来到连云港，参加由连云港市第一人民医院组织的“奋进十五五，聚力开新局”2026年医疗服务创新大会，并出席开幕式。开幕式结束后，Rohde教授前往连云港市第一人民医院（高新院区），在连云港市第一人民医院神经外科首席专家李爱民教授、常务副主任梁径山的陪同下，参观了连云港市第一人民医院神经外科的门诊、病房、手术室及科研平台，深入了解科室的临床诊疗、科研建设及学科发展情况。参观过程中，李爱民教授为Rohde教授详细介绍了科室的发展历程与建设成果。连云港市第一人民医院神经外科始建于上世纪70年代，拥有近50年的发展历史，是江苏省省级临床重点专科，江苏省医学创新团队。当日下午，Rohde教授前往连云港市第一人民医院（开发区院区），参观其质子中心，重点了解了质子中心的直线加速器、射波刀等各类前沿设备及相关技术的应用情况。随后，Rohde教授参加了“攻坚·破局”立体定向放疗前沿技术沙龙，并以《神经肿瘤的外科治疗》为题进行专题分享，围绕恶性脑肿瘤的发病原因、标准治疗方案及个体化治疗方案的尝试等内容展开介绍，并结合自身经验分享了其前沿思考。交流结束后，Rohde教授表示，自2025年11月以来，在仁医团队的协调下，这已是他第三次来到中国，与中国同道们进行现场交流。从2025第五届中欧医院管理学科建设人才培养全球论坛，到2026年3月访问无锡市人民医院，再到此次与连云港市第一人民医院开展的学术交流，每次访问都让他感到收获颇丰，也使他对中国医疗体系的发展与实践有了更深入的了解。Rohde教授期待未来能够有更多机会与中国医疗同道面对面交流，分享神经外科领域的临床经验与前沿进展，进一步加深彼此了解，探索更多专业交流的机会。
On October 23, 2026, Prof. Rohde, Director of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University Medical Center Göttingen and former President of the German Society of Neurosurgery, was invited to Lianyungang to attend the opening ceremony of the 2026 Medical Healthcare Innovation Conference, themed “Forging Ahead into the 15th Five-Year Plan: Joining Forces for a New Beginning,” organized by The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang. Following the opening ceremony, Prof. Rohde visited the High-Tech Campus of The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang, accompanied by Prof. LI Aimin, Chief Expert of the Department of Neurosurgery, and LIANG Jingshan, Executive Deputy Director of the department of the hospital. Prof. Rohde toured the outpatient clinic, inpatient wards, operating rooms, and research facilities, gaining an in-depth understanding of the department’s clinical practice, research development, and academic advancement. During the visit, Prof. LI Aimin provided a detailed introduction to the department’s history and achievements. Established in the 1970s, the Department of Neurosurgery has a history of nearly 50 years and is recognized as a Provincial Clinical Key Specialty and a Jiangsu Provincial Medical Innovation Team. In the afternoon, Prof. Rohde visited the Proton Center at the Development Zone Campus of The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang. He learned about the application of advanced equipment and related technologies, with a particular focus on the center’s linear accelerators and CyberKnife systems. After visit, Prof. Rohde attended the “Breaking Through Challenges: Frontiers in Stereotactic Radiotherapy” academic seminar, where he delivered a presentation entitled “Surgical Management of Neuro-Oncology.” His talk covered the epidemiology of malignant brain tumors, standard treatment approaches, and explorations of individualized treatment strategies. Drawing on his extensive clinical experience, he also shared his insights into emerging developments and future directions in the field. Following the academic exchange, Prof. Rohde said that, with the coordination and support of the Gloryren team, this marked his third visit to China since November 2025 to engage in onsite exchanges with Chinese colleagues. From the 5th Global Forum on Sino-Euro Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation in 2025, to his visit to Wuxi People's Hospital in March 2026, and now this academic exchange with The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang, each visit had been highly rewarding. These experiences had also deepened his understanding of the development and practice of China's healthcare system. Prof. Rohde looks forward to further opportunities to meet and engage with Chinese medical professionals onsite, sharing clinical experience and the latest advances in neurosurgery, strengthening mutual understanding, and exploring further opportunities for professional collaboration.
