
第六届中欧医院管理学科建设人才培养全球论坛将于2026年11月14日至15日在中国无锡盛大启幕。本次盛会我们特邀英国皇家麻醉医师学院院士、2026德国麻醉学与重症监护医学学会(DGAI)主席、德国亚琛工业大学附属医院外科重症监护与中期照护科主任Marx教授担任此次大会欧洲区主席。作为德国重症医学与外科重症监护领域的知名专家,Marx教授自2008年起就担任德国亚琛工业大学附属医院外科重症监护与中期照护科主任。该科室长期承担复杂危重症患者的综合救治及围术期器官支持,在ECMO等体外生命支持、重症监护及多学科协作领域拥有雄厚的临床实力。科室同时高度重视临床研究与循证医学建设,长期参与欧洲及国际多中心临床研究。Marx教授曾参与欧洲外科结局研究(EuSOS),该研究覆盖4.6万例患者,研究成果发表于国际权威医学期刊《柳叶刀》;同时担任德国重症医学专业权威教材Die Intensivmedizin等著作的编者,体现了其团队在德国重症医学临床、科研与学术人才培养领域的持续影响力。Marx教授持续参与中德医学领域的学术交流。2024年11月15日,Marx教授访问中南大学湘雅医院,就外科重症监护、危重症救治及临床学科建设等内容与中方专家开展交流。同年11月17日,他出席了在重庆召开的2024第四届中欧医院管理学科建设人才培养全球论坛,并作为欧洲区主席围绕人才培养与中方嘉宾进行了深入交流,分享德国在重症医学及麻醉学人才培养及临床学科建设方面的经验。自2023年起,Marx教授持续推动中德重症医学与麻醉学领域的优秀青年医生临床和科研培养。他已经招收了来自上海、遵义、深圳及湘雅的4名优秀青年医生开展临床医学MD博士。同时已有7位来自中国三甲医院的优秀青年医生赴其所在科室开展临床访学,他们分别来自莆田学院附属医院、盐城市第三人民医院、连云港市第一人民医院及中山市人民医院等医疗机构。通过持续、系统的国际人才培养与学术交流,Marx教授积极促进中德两国在重症医学与麻醉学领域的临床经验互鉴、专业人才培养与学术合作。从学科建设到人才培养,Marx教授与中国三甲医院的交流正不断走向深入。2026年11月12日他将再一次空降中国无锡,参加2026第六届中欧医院管理学科建设人才培养全球论坛。届时Marx教授将再一次与中国三甲医院的书记、院长、各学科带头人、各行政部门负责人和优秀的青年医生再次相聚,共话医院管理、学科建设,共探人才培养的新路径。
The 6th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2026 will be held in Wuxi, China, from November 14 to 15, 2026. Prof. Marx, Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (UK), President of the German Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine (DGAI) for 2026, and Director of the Department of Surgical Intensive Care and Intermediate Care at University Hospital RWTH Aachen, is invited to the forum as a member of the European Presidium. As a renowned expert in intensive care medicine and surgical critical care in Germany, Prof. Marx has served as Director of the Department of Surgical Intensive Care and Intermediate Care at University Hospital RWTH Aachen since 2008. The department provides comprehensive care for complex critically ill patients and perioperative organ support, with extensive clinical expertise in extracorporeal life support, including ECMO, critical care, and multidisciplinary management. The department also places strong emphasis on clinical research and evidence-based medicine, with longstanding involvement in European and international multicenter clinical studies. Prof. Marx participated in the European Surgical Outcomes Study (EuSOS), which included 46,000 patients and whose findings were published in The Lancet. He is also an editor of authoritative German textbooks in intensive care medicine, including Die Intensivmedizin, underscoring his team’s sustained contribution to clinical practice, research, and academic talent development in intensive care medicine in Germany. Prof. Marx has long been actively involved in academic exchanges between the Chinese and German medical communities. On November 15, 2024, he visited Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, where he exchanged views with Chinese experts on surgical intensive care, the management of critically ill patients, and clinical specialty development. On November 17, 2024, he attended the 4th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2024 in Chongqing. As a member of the European Presidium of the forum, he engaged in in-depth discussions with Chinese panelists on talent cultivation and shared Germany’s experience in the training of medical professionals in intensive care medicine and anaesthesiology, as well as in clinical specialty development. Since 2023, Prof. Marx has been continuously promoting the clinical and research training of excellent young doctors in the fields of intensive care medicine and anaesthesiology in China. He has taken on four excellent young doctors from Shanghai, Zunyi, Shenzhen, and Xiangya as doctoral candidates pursuing the German Dr. med. degree. In addition, seven excellent young doctors from Grade III Class A hospitals in China have undertaken clinical fellowships in his department, including doctors from Affiliated Hospital of Putian University, Yancheng Third People’s Hospital, The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang and Zhongshan City People’s Hospital. Through sustained and systematic international talent cultivation and academic exchange, Prof. Marx has actively promoted mutual learning in clinical practice, professional talent development, and academic collaboration between China and Germany in the fields of intensive care medicine and anaesthesiology. From specialty construction to talent cultivation, Prof. Marx’s engagement with Grade III Class A hospitals in China continues to deepen. On November 12, 2026, he will once again travel to Wuxi, China, to attend the 6th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2026. During the forum, Prof. Marx will once again meet with Party secretaries and hospital presidents, heads of specialties, directors of administrative departments, and excellent young doctors from Grade III Class A hospitals in China to discuss hospital management and specialty construction and explore new pathways for medical talent cultivation.
